We include delivery in the pricing of our sheds up to 55 miles. We use a truck and trailer to deliver our sheds that are easily accessible but also offer delivery by forklift for other situations. If you are unsure if we will be able to deliver to your shed site we would be happy to come take a look!

Due to road restrictions we can only delivery models up to 12' wide and 30' long. This covers a large selection of sheds but for models longer or wider, we do offer pre-fab models that are finished on site.
Prepping for your shed
Shed Site
We require a LEVEL pad for our sheds to be delivered. We highly recommend crushed stone and would be happy to give you our direction sheet if assistance is needed. All shed pads should be at least 1' wider than the shed and 1' longer.
Stone Pad Service
We offer stone pads to be installed before delivery of your shed. Please ask for pricing as prices do vary by size. This entails a delivery of #4 crushed stone that is drawn out 1' wider and 1' longer than the actual shed size and leveled with a laser transit. This 4 - 6" of stone prevents critters from getting under your shed and allows water to drain through. Customers are usually very glad they chose this option to ensure their shed settles in a perfect fashion!
Why is it so important?
Our sheds are built on a perfectly level concrete floor. As lumber settles in order for all of the doors and windows to operate properly - the shed needs to remain level. Our warranty is immediately voided for any sheds that are placed on an unlevel base.
